RARE 1902 RUSSIA RUSSIAN LANGUAGE BOOKS TRANSLATIONS KIPLING RUSKIN 2 BOOKS RARE Description: If you are interested in Russian books, here are two early works. We do not read Russian, and cannot say precisely what these are. Included is a clothbound book (see picture), containing Russian translations of several famous books by the Italian Edmondo de Amicis (The Teacher of the Workers), a work by a Russian (we think) named G. Verga, The Story of One Robin, Rudyard Kipling's The Light That Failed, etc. With a single sheet (see picture) proclaiming some kind of Russian club. Bound in purplish cloth, 5 and a half by 4 inches, with a paper spine label. Each book has a separate title page. They were published in Moscow, possibly as paperbound pamphlets originally. Before the 1917 Revolution, we think. Also, from 1902, another Russian book. We can't read the title, but perhaps you can. Published in Moscow in 1902. Front board (cover) missing. 315 pages plus an index. Bound in leather. NOT common, whatever it is.
