1903 Indian Head Cent, Near Uncirculated RedBrown , Bronze, 4 Diamonds, Century -Old, Natural Mint Luster, Historic Real Estate, Collectible Rare Coin Shipping is FREE ! This sale is for a 1903 Indian Head Cent, which I believe to be in Overall Choice About Uncirculated, Red Brown or ( About Uncirculated-59 RB ) condition, with some Red Brown , Beaming Mint Luster . This Bronze, Century-Old Keepsake has MS- 64 RB- type Brilliance ( Approximately 95% Red ), and 100% Natural Mint Luster, with some Slider-type Wear on the curl to the right of the ribbon. All 4 Diamonds show plainly, and the curl to the right of the ribbon shows Near-perfect definition. The collectible rare coin pictured is the coin you will receive. The ANA Grading Standards Book (Whitman) defines the AU- 58 grade as (and this is a little better ): “Small traces of wear are visible on highest points. Has some signs of abrasion; hair above ear, curl to the right of ribbon, bow knot.” The same book also defines ‘Slider Wear’ as “would be Mint State had it not had some kind of friction, such as sliding down the bar.” * Please do grade for yourselves using the pictures.
