1903 P Morgan Silver Dollar Uncirculated US Coin Description This is an 1903 P Morgan Silver Dollar which is Uncirculated. 1878 - 1921 Silver Morgan The Morgan Dollar is a silver United States dollar coin and was minted from 1878 to 1904 and 1921. Over the years the Silver Morgan has become one of the most popular coins of collectors. The Morgan was designed by the U.S. Mint’s chief engraver, George T. Morgan and featured Lady Liberty and an Eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch. The dollar was authorized by the Bland-Allison Act of 1878. The Silver Morgan Dollar is comprised of .900 silver which is 0.77344 troy ounces or 26.73 grams per coin. U.S. MINT SPECIFICATIONS Designer George T.
