Gorgeous 13" sterling silver candlesticks with swirl designs and what looks like fern leaves. I researched the markings and believe they were made in London in 1903. They could be older, however, as the "h" (which designates the date) is very similar to some of the much older ones. I took a fairly clear photo of the hallmarks and invite you to look them up. Maybe you won't get as confused as I did. Hallmarks: "AT" which I believe is the initials of the maker. I could not find it on the internet. (Please note that an eBayer emailed to say that the mark stands for Alfred Taylor and the mark on the internet is as below.
