is a recent New England estate find. Up for auction is a beautiful example of the early Automatic Electric Company "Stair Step" candlestick phone, circa 1905. It got it's nickname from the base, which has two levels. This is the rare dial model ,and is marked "Automatic Electric Co. 3C ".This phone is complete and in Original Unrestored condition. This is in Good condition and appears to be all Original, see photos. This will make a nice addition to any home or collection, or will make a nice conversion project.
