Made by the Racine Paper Goods Company out of Wisconsin this is a great piece of early tobacciana. We have seen single or double sleeves before but never one with all 25 sleeves intact. All the rarer is to have it's original jacket intact which I never saw before. Item measures approx 3 x 4 inches in size. These were used for cigars to keep them fresh and undamaged.
