1906 RUMFORD RECEIPT BOOK " THE WHOLESOME BAKING POWDER ." Receipt book for Rumford Baking Powder, includes 22 pages with 100 " Practical and Economical Recipes, " by Lily Haxworth, Gold Medalist and Graduate of National Training School of Cookery in London. Colorful cover with young girl in bonnet carrying wheat in teeth and hands. Back cover shows colorful Rumford baking powder can, and calendars for each month in 1906. In very good condition except for missing 1/4" corner in lower right of cover. No staining, tears or holes in interior pages. Part of large collection of paper memorabilia and antiques found in circa 1843 house in Eastern Pennsylvania canal & railroad town. Postage is $4.60 First Class in bubble envelope and stiffeners, or $7.25 with Priority Mail, both with delivery confirmation and tracking. Add $1.35 for first $50 of optional insurance.
