This wonderful antique Flemish box which was given as a graduation present on April 16, 1907.Along with the original presentation writing on the bottom, it appears the recipient had other friends "sign" the box with their name and misc. doodlings.Very unusual and reminds me of an autograph book except they used a wood box and pyrography tools to do the signing.Approx. measurements are 7 1/2 " long, 4 1/4" tall and 5" wide.Great vintage condition with age appropriate wear ( surface scratches and rubs) to finish . It does look like it may have had small compartments inside at one time which were removed.Really a wonderful Flemish box.USA Shipping Only!Vintage items are a piece of history and always in style.
