For our collectors of early Jamestown Virginia memorabilia, 's a great bronze or brass souvenir medal from the 1907 Jamestown Exposition/Ter-Centennial celebrating 300 years. In 2007 Jamestown will be celebrating its 400th anniversary. This silver dollar size medal is in excellent shape. Around the outside edge on the top reads JAMESTOWN EXPOSITION, around the bottom is NORFOLK, VA 1907 with APRIL 26 TO DEC. 1 just above Norfolk VA. Pictured on the top of the other side of the coin are the three sail ships, and written across the middle of the coin between two parallel lines is Ter-Centennial. On the bottom of the coin is a picture of the U.S. Battleship Virginia with the date 1907 below this. This medal was found in the Richmond Virginia area on one of my many metal detecting trips. T is no reserve on this vintage Jamestown 300th anniversary token, and we will start the bid at just $2.95. Thanks for looking and be sure to check out our other items on ebay at this time.
