ITEM 1908 Jean Pouyat Limoges Plate, Beautiful and Unusual MEASUREMENT 9 5/8" DESCRIPTION Gentle octaganalshape with wide gold trim to the rim. Decorative band on edge with clusters of grapes in shades of purple that has an irridescent look to it and foliage in shades of green and purple. All are outlined in black. In the well is a letter in gold outlined in black. STAMP Pat May 12th 1908 J.P on top of a line, underneath is L. France . Handwritten is R.I.D. 1913 CONDITION T are no chips, cracks or crazing. T is a pinpoint area of gold loss, noted for accuracy. The glaze is glossy, the colors are vibrant. Beautiful display piece and a unusual additionto your collection of vintage Limoges. 603 I am not an expert, I describe my auctions to the best of my ability.
