This postcard is post marked 1908 with a 1 cent stamp on it. It was sent from Gunnison, Colorado to Doyleville, Colorado. His head, metallic luster green shirt and the watermelon is "raised". On the bottom right corner t is a trademark and the number 78.-s. The bottom left corner reads "Watermelon Jake". In my opinion it is in very good condition. I am not a postcard collector so I do not know the grading system. Color looks good, no fold marks. T is a tiny bit of wear on the edges. Very detailed card for the time period. I HAVE ANOTHER POSTCARD LISTED OF THIS SAME TYPE AND YEAR. U.S. Postal Service have increased rates which is unfortunate to all of us buying and selling on ebay. I charge actual postage plus $1.00 for tape, gas (which is also high), time to go get boxes and sometimes the cost of boxes, bubble envelopes, bubble wrap, popcorns, etc. International bidders, please pay with Paypal only and email for correct postage amount. Any sale of $250.00 or more will require a confirmed address and will be mailed with signature required in order to have buyer/seller protection through Paypal. If not paying with Paypal, Checks and Money Orders will be held for 10 business days. This will allow me a couple days to get to the bank and for both to clear. If you feel it necessary to leave neutral or negative feedback I would appreciate it if you would talk to me about it first so that we can come to a mutual agreement that makes both of us happy. If you have any questions, please feel free to email.
