The title page reads: "Abraham Lincoln. An Address Delivered Before R. E. Lee Camp, No. 1, Confederate Veterans, At Richmond, Va., 0ctober 29, 1909 by Hon. George L. Christian. Published by Order of the Camp. Richmond: Wm. Ellis Jones, Book and Job Printer. 1909."Reference: James Jay Monaghan's "Lincoln Bibliography, 1839–1939." Cat. # 1691.Needless to say, the address takes a very anti-Lincoln stance.This is the scarce first edition published in 1909 [it was later reprinted in 1927].It is 8vo (9 X 6 inches); original wraps; small glue stain in bottom corner of front warp; soiling to top right corner of title page; bends to tips of upper right corners; 40 pages.Postage is free for media mail in US; - or buyer to pay $4.85 postage and handling for Priority mail in US (international buyers to pay $5.50 for 1st class airmail).
