Up for auction are these TWO circa 1909 REAL PHOTO POST CARDS RPPCs of the August 1909 FIREMEN'S CONVENTION at JERSEY SHORE, PA Most of the real photograph post cards of the Jersey Shore area that I have for sale were done by the same photographer, MICK, who generally dated and numbered his photographs in the plate. The second real photo post card in this auction is not signed nor dated/numbered by MICK, so I can't say for sure the photo was taken by him. However, the cards were beside one another in the same album and are dated within days of one another (September 7 & 13, 1909), so I have assumed the second photo is also of the Jersey Shore convention. It has a great note on the back that says, Say kid. This is the N.Y.C. band and the Firemen in their new uniforms. and the signed photo card has the partial message, . . . this was a part of the parade at the Firemen's Convention . . Please see my EXCELLENT feedback!! Answers to questions and additional photographs always pleasantly and promptly provided upon request!! The Fine Print: I prefer PAYPAL. Personal check or money order is fine, but must clear before shipping. I pack VERY WELL and ship QUICKLY ! Postcards shipped in protective sleeves via USPS 1st Class Mail.
