This is a great single porcelain NJ license plate with a nice low 4-digit number 4757 - very rare and hard to find, especially in such good condition - minor rust near the holes and edges. I've taken photos of both front and back and a close-up of the badge, number 3519, for your review and inspection. The very first New Jersey state issued license plates were issued in 1908. A year later, in 1909, only about 20,000 pairs of plates were produced, and the state seal was riveted onto them. This is one of those rare and hard-to-find plates, with the original badge still attached. It would look great on your antique car, or as a highly prized addition to your antique license plate collection! All sales are final, so please ask questions before bidding. Thanks!
