Neat old letter and program from the United States Mail Ship U.S.M.S. PHILADELPHIA, dated 1909. It is addressed to Mr. Arthur Raup, Ghent, N.Y. It contains three pieces of folded, USMS PHILADELPHIA stationery, each page (4 per letter) contains a diary or journal about one day of the trip – sea state, weather, etc. It also contains a program of Concert and Entertainment given by cabin passengers in the first class section in 1909 that pictures the United States Mail Steamship PHILADELPHIA, and describes the entertainment. Neat cover and ephemera from this mail steamship that should interest postal history collectors, and steamship collectors. Successful buyer should include $2.00 postage with payment.
