Quarto, gilt stamped limp leather, irregular pagination. Now offered for your consideration is this 1909 San Francisco Original Handy Block Book showing city plat lots, blocks and names of owners for the Western Addition neighborhood of San Francisco as it was just 3 years after the 1906 earthquake. Historic. Condition: This plat book, measuring 13 ¼ inches by 9 ½ inches, is bound in gilt stamped limp leather. Spine lacking, edges worn, several pages torn, some pencil marginalia and name corrections. The overall tenor of the contents is very good.
