CPR Great Lakes Steamer Service Brochure Vintage brochure (circa late 1910s) published by Canadian Pacific Railway as a promotion of their steamer service on the Great Lakes. Beautiful illustrated cover with gold highlights. Interior booklet of 8 pages that each measure 16" x 9". Full of superb black & white photos such as a life boat drill, the lounge on the SS Keewatin and the Verandah Cafe on the SS Assiniboine. My favorite has to be the toddler who looks like he's going to be blown off the deck at any moment by powerful winds. He's holding onto a life preserver though, and the caption says "Safety First." Also included are various maps and deck plans. Cover shows extensive wear and chipping, as you can see from scans. Interior booklet has separated from the cover but is itself intact and is in excellent shape. . PAYMENT I prefer PayPal but will also accept US dollar money orders. Personal checks are not accepted.
