I'll quote the title page, "Cook's Tours Around the World Fortieth Annual Series 1911-1912 ". It proceeds to say, " Under the Direction of Thos. Cook & Son Managers of Tours and Excursions". At the bottom of the page we have " T.C. & S.No. II - 5, 1911".

Quoting the top of Page 3, " Individuality, liberality, and an absence of ' routine' quality in the arrangements and personal details; expert knowledge and long experience in planning the itineraries,are some distinctive features pf our Tours de Luxe Around the World, the Fortieth Annual Series of which are described in the following pages ".

The Book remains in what I will call Mint, EXCELLENT condition excepting the interruptions of the soft cover wrap viewed in the scan. ALL the pages are MINT, FRESH and CLEAN . NO rips, tears or anything to detract. A TREASURE- GROVE of INFORMATION.
