You are bidding on a 1911 Colt slide. T is the letter H without serfs above the firing pin hole and the letter G just below. The front sight is rounded and correct one for the early slides. The rear sight cut out is U shaped. The slide is marked on the left "Patented Apr 20, 1897, Sept. 9, 1902, Dec. 19, 1905, Feb. 14, 1911, Aug. 19, 1913. The other markings say: Colt PT.FA. MFG Co. Hartford, CT. USA. On the right it is marked "MODEL OF THE U.S. ARMY" and are 7/64" in height. This type of slide was used on Colt 1911's from about serial number 6500 (1914) through 460,000 (1918). The disconnector recess is the deep cut out for the earlier slides. The slide finish is in good condition with some ware on the high edged. The finish looks to be a light to medium olive green. T is some pitting and the slide does have some small scratches. The slide will also fit the Models 1911 and 199A1 Remington Rand, Ithaca, USS and Springfield. Win multiple auctions and I will combine them so you save on shipping. Buyer pays $7.00 for shipping anyw in the United States via USPS priority mail. NO International shipments NO EXECPTIONS . Insurance is extra and is the buyer's responsibility. Payment is due within 10 after closing of the auction. An Ebay invoice will be submitted at the close of the auction that provides the total amount due and my mailing address. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items if they are not insured. Please pay with a US Postal Service money order for next day priority mail shipment, and checks are acceptable but the shipment will be held for 10 business days to insure the check clears.
