It is has the original makers label on back of seat, last patent date Aug 12, 1913 by Theo A. Kochs Company Chicago. It also has an impressed 1905 on the underside of one of the arms and a paper label underneath Sikes RGB Philadelphia, PA with The Sikes Co PA on the mechanism underneath the chair that makes it swivel and adjust up and down.
