This great looking note has bold vivid colors, crispy, great corners and edges, white backgrounds, shows a lot of the red and blue threads still running through it. In my opinion I would grade this note as VERY FINE to EXTREMELY FINE !! This is my opinion only please use large scans and grade for yourself I always try to use large scans for all notes so that any imperfections or qualities are easily seen. Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade. This note has three vertical folds which accounts for the grade, no tears, no pinholes. Please look at the exact note yourself and make your own opinion of the grade. Government signatures are White and Mellon. NOTE TO PERSONS MAKING AN OFFER: On auctions with make an offer you can make an offer at any time. On an offer it can be made on the first day of the auction and if it is agreeable with me the auction gets ended right then and you win for your offer. It does not work like a regular auction w you wait until the last minute to make your bid.
