Here is a nice crispy SERIES OF 1914 $10.00 LARGE BLUE SEAL FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE. It was issued only from 1914-1925, just before the introduction of small size notes that we use today. This has always been a very scarce and popular type, and was the main type of $10 bill in use during World War I. This one was issued by the New York Federal Reserve District. It features a wonderful center portrait of President Andrew Jackson. The Blue Seal is Large , on the right side along with bold blue serial numbers . The Federal Reserve Seal is at left, with "2-B" for the New York Federal Reserve Bank. The reverse has the vignettes of " Farm Scene in York County, PA" at left and "Industrial Factory Scene in Joliet, IL" at right. Serial # B79168651A. Treasury signatures of Burke and Houston. (Fr. 910). Very nice crisp and bright condition! Bold and bright paper with just a few virtually imperceptible light folds--NO pinholes, tears, writing, etc. A premium note.
