1914 Blue Seal $10 Ten Chicago WHITE-MELLON Federal Reserve Large Note Condition: There are no tears or holes. It is wrinkled and and has light soil. The paper is nice and crisp. The first 2 photos are scans, the close-ups are shot with camera and flash. I am not a collector so photos used to determine the condition are all I can give you, this is what you will receive.
