Description ( revised ) These travel brochures, etc. dating from the summer of 1914 comes from a lot of travel brochures, train schedules, hotel and train menus, hotel stationery, guide books and brochures, etc. Evidently the travelers collected souvenirs from their trip to England, Scotland and Switzerland in July 1914. World War I began the following month, which may account for t not being other countries represented in this collection. The travelers probably fled back to Boston.
