This evening I am listing some very nice pieces from an estate collection of WELLER POTTERY. Included are some unusual and attractive examples and all are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This auction offers a wonderful vase from the "Clinton Ivory" line that I believe dates to 1914. It is pictured on page 125 of the Huxford book. The vase features a high relief design in the Egyptian Revival style with eight panels of exotic nudes. The ivory matte glaze is highlighted with warm brown shading. The unmarked vase is 8 1/4" high and 4" across at the top. This piece has noticeable crazing of the glaze (see photo) and needs a proper cleaning. The Weller "Clinton Ivory" vase will be an ideal addition to a collection! The cost of U.S. shipping and very careful packing varies with your postal zone. Please see the USPS estimate above.
