This lot consists of an Original AUGUST 1915 NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC MAGAZINE , which features articles related to: AMERICAN GAME BIRDS; and, PANAMA. This is the Buxbaum Special 100 number 12, which is known as the AMERICAN GAME BIRDS Number, and features 72 Illustrations in Colors from Paintings by Louis Agassiz FUERTES . Magazine is Complete and deemed to be in Good overall Condition. Covers & Spine are very loosely attached to the magazine from glue failure along spine edge and I cannot guarantee that the covers will not detached completely as a single piece from shipping or general handling in the future, but I will protect the magazine as best as I can through the packaging and shipping process. Otherwise, Covers & Spine have general reading wear and soiling including pencil marking at top of Front Cover, minor paper peeling and some green staining on Back Cover and Spine wear including 1/4-inch chip at top, wrinkling along the length of Spine and tiny chip and cracks at bottom of Spine. Interior Pages are in Good overall Condition with average reading wear and including minor bumps to magazine corners and moderate age toning throughout.
