One plate. Some rusting and chipping. Dried asphalt or tar like substance on front and back of plate. I chipped a tiny bit cleanly off. I didn't do anymore so that the new owner could decide what to do with it. The license plate is very old and shows wear and tear that occurs over time. Please take time and check out the photographs. The photographs try to show the general condition of the plate. Check each picture closely. Look for the rusting, edging damage, screw hole damage and the overall condition of the plate.
