1915 PM1 Ornate Frame Pins Johnny Evers - One Original Card. One-third of the greatest double play combination in baseball history, Johnny Evers is portrayed steadfastly guarding his beloved second base bag. Hobbyists who have met with this rare issue are aware that condition problems are accepted as an inevitability when collecting PM1's, with oxidation and damage to the delicate metal frame and scratching of the central image present on essentially all existing specimens. This example shows but a single crease across the full-figure portrait of Evers, a pleasing low level of oxidation on the reverse and the rich looking bronze colored frame shows a slight angle at the crease line. The image has faded very little to not at all in its 94 year journey to the Heritage offices. Evers is fully visible and recognizable as this is the version that does not include the name of the player. Grade: 0, Service: Appraised, Service No.: 2214220
