As you can see, I have a very old 1915 Donatella Wall Pocket up for auction(the early days for Roseville). This piece appears to be in good condition especially for it's age but it does show a very minor flaw. On the front in one of the grooves you can see a very little area that's a factory flaw. I have looked it over very well and I'm sure that it's not damage,it's just the typical type of thing you see on most all of the really old Roseville pieces from long ago.. I have taken it to a professional to confirm this for a second opinion and they agreed.They also said that being that it was done by Roseville the value shouldn't be effected by it.. This is a very hard piece to find and even though you may see others that resemble this one, chances are it's not an exact match.The starting price is very low as to what this wall pocket is really worth, so take advantage of this opportunity to have this rare piece of history because t getting hard to find and especially in good of condition.
