just purchased from an estate on the connecticut shoreline is a Rookwood Vase in great shape at 90 years old, this leaf-patterned, arts/crafts vase has a matte finish in yellow. It is clearly labeled with the post-1900, Rookwood logo, is stamped XVII (for 1917, the year it was created), and 1823, its form number. This vase stands nearly 7", is about 4" across at the widest with a base width of 2.5" It is a very striking, beautifully proportioned piece in near-mint condition, lightly crazed throughout but with no chips or cracks.
