Up for bid is a blue hard cover book from 1918: The Bluejacket's Manual United States Navy, 1918, Sixth Edition by Lieutenant Norman R. Van Der Veer U.S. Navy Published by The Sherwood Company, 40 John Street, New York. First page is loose but intact ( See photo). All pages are intact. I did not see any rips or tears. Otherwise in good condition for its age. 807 pages, plus ads. About 4-3/8 in x 6-1/4 in. Inscribed in pencil on inside back: Joseph W. Berkik, Seaman Barracks, Puget Sound, Wash.
