This auction is for the Harley Davidson bicycle, as shown .It is a Dayton built bike and dates from 1918. It has unique double bar tall frame configuration with single bolt truss fork. I bought this many years ago from a motorcycle guy who had stripped the frame of paint and was going to restore the bike.I repainted the frame fork and fenders, there are no repairs or welds or cracks.I had the pinstripes done professionally. The cranks, sprocket, bar, stem, seatpost kickstand and hardware are all original condition nickle and unique to Harley Davidson. The pedals are correct double nuts, the seat is a very good original Troxel. The wheels are 28" 1950's Raleigh rims with 1940s front expander brake and rear 1950s Sturmey Archer 3 speed coaster brake. These take regular tires and tubes and make the bike very ridable. Acessories include mechanical Klaxon horn, nickle pump ,nos wood grips, and custom speedometer. Headbadge is repro. this bike rides great and has completed many 25+mile rides, the 3-speed and big wheels just gobble the miles .Payment by Paypal to include $ 180 S+H in USA only.. The shifter is Sturmey Archer quadrant shifter from 1920-40s. There is some
