For your consideration is one heck of an unusual device called THERMALAIDS. Patented in April, 1918, it appears to be a heat treatment to cure many problems to include Prostatic Trouble in General; Frequent Urination; Diminished Sexual Strength; Backache - Foot & Leg Pains, Nervousness, Blues, Worry & Depression; Constipation and Piles; etc. As stated on the box "It represents a prompt and effective method for using natural means in the assistance of nature. It leaves no evil effects." It was manufactured by The Electro Thermal Company, Steubenville, Ohio. This is a very unusual electrial device to be hooked up to a light bulb socket (See picture Diagram) with the end of the heating device placed up the rectum. Of course t is a on/off switch in case of excessive heat for the particular treatment sought at the time. The device itself appears to have NOT been used as all parts look fairly new or, if so, used only infrequently. I did clean the primary insertion device just to make sure! All electrical parts look to be in excellent shape. Please look at the accompanying pictures, especially the diagrams. Included is the original box, all original parts, and booklet with complete instructions including several chapters of how to treat the different ailments. The light bulb is not included.
