This is a beautiful piece of vellum glazed Rookwood Pottery. T is normal crazing, but no chips, cracks, damage or repairs of any kind. Th design is of a woodland scene with three white birch clumps evenly spaced around the exterior of the vase. The interior is pink/mauve. The piece has an artist's cipher on the bottom. I have been told that the artist was Kate Curry who worked for Rookwood for just 2 years - 1917-1918 (thanks Ed). See the photo below for the markings. The vase is 6 1/4" high, produced in 1918 and is shape number 913E. Packing and shipping costs are extra and will be calculated using FEDEX rates.
