Another Quality Coin Offering From... COINS Plus ,inc. Those who know our reputation know that we strive to make our grading fair and conservative and tell it the way it is. We are aware that eBay has its share of opportunists that put money ahead of ethics. We don't believe that deceiving people is the right way to do business. We will attempt to represent and price our coins in an accurate way. What you see is what you get. Dollar for dollar, we strive to offer the best numismatic product value out t Please bid to buy . We do not offer refunds on certified graded coins. This is due to the fact that these companies opinions on grading are much more respected than ours. If you do not agree with the grade on the holder the problem is with the grading company. IF YOU ARE NEW TO eBAY OR HAVE LESS THAN 100 FEEDBACKS!!! PLEASE READ THIS!!! We list and sell a tremendous amount of coins. As a result, we do not have the time that the small guys do to write descriptions on every coin. Instead, we put the extra time and effort into capturing and providing some of the most accurate coin photos on eBay. People do not get our coins and complain that the picture was not good. In most cases, we hear that the coin is much nicer than the photo. This is partially due to the fact that a quality photo will reveal defects not visible to the naked eye. We rarely, if ever, use a scanner because they provide extremely inaccurate, and often very deceptive, images. If an item does not have a grade, it is usually because the coin is priced at a discount for some reason. If a coin is discounted below its grade level, you can usually assume that it is weak for the grade. Most of our items do not have descriptions. In our experience, 99.99% of the problems that we have had on eBay have come from new or limited users or people who are new to coin buying. eBay is a contractual atmosp that requires both purchasers and sellers to abide by the terms of the sale. IF YOU ARE NEW TO eBAY, PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! Read the terms of sale and return policies carefully BEFORE BUYING. Read item descriptions carefully before buying. Don't expect something for nothing. If you think you are buying coins at 10% or 20% of book value, think again. The so-called "bargains" on eBAY ARE ALWAYS for coins that are over-graded, counterfeit or mishandled in some way. Coins have a liquid wholesale price that legitimate buyers will pay cash for on the spot. Knowledgeable dealers will not sell coins on eBay for less than their liquid wholesale price. Beware of many of the "third world" grading services. The majority of these are owned and operated by practicing coin dealers. Even if they have graded a coin MS67, it can still be an XF/AU or cleaned, counterfeit, repaired or damaged in some discrete way. Stick to the major grading services only and ALWAYS READ SALES, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES BEFORE YOU BUY! If you missed it or didn't take the time to read it, that does not change the terms of the sale. Understand that the time and effort that goes into buying a coin, pricing a coin, photographing a coin, listing the coin, describing the coin, answering emails, managing paypal, processing, organizing and sales and securely packaging, shipping and insuring coins is very significant. Please respect the time and effort a seller is required to invest to list and sell a coin. If you have never photographed coins, try it before you pass judgment on those who do. Sellers know the picture they want but a 2-D photo does not represent a 3-D item with complete accuracy. If you are new to eBAY, welcome. Think about what it takes to make a community a positive place and make your efforts to leave eBay better than you found it. After years of experience and well over 10,000 transactions through eBAY and PAYPAL, we have positively concluded that they do not care about you or us beyond the revenue generated from the sale. Our experience is that they have the worst customer service of any company...
