For your consideration we are pleased to offer fresh out of a local estate this 1918 WWI Boy Scouts of America One Bar Liberty Loan U. S. Treasury War Service Award. Boy Scouts throughout the nation sell Liberty Loan bonds worth at least $358 million to help the United States finance the winning of World War I. This Award originated in October 1918, this particular award is dated May 1919. Front of award reads War Service Every Scout to Save a Soldier. Reverse side Presented on behalf of the U.S. Treasury Department for service in Liberty Loan Campaign Boy Scouts of America October 1918. The Bar on the front reads "United States Treasury War Service Award" and on the Reverse Reads "Victory Liberty Loan May 1919 Boy Scouts of America"; this piece measures 2 9/16 Inches long from the top of the bar to the bottom of the coin medallion which are attached together with chain. We do not charge for handling or packing supplies but since the new STAR rating system penalizes Sellers for only "Reasonable" shipping , we have found it necessary to change our flat rate shipping policy. Please keep in mind that when rating this transaction anything less than 5 stars does penalize us and if you feel you had a problem, just E-mail and let us know. We want everyone of our Buyers to have a 5-Star Transaction

WE CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING as tabulated by the Ebay wizard based on "True" Weights, size, shape, type of priority US mail shipping and indeed this does not cover my tape, my shipping material, my time, my coming and going to the Post Office, gas, etc. We make "nothing" on shipping and charge NO handling fees.

We ship all our Jewelry and watches boxed and via Priority Mail; on International we boxed the package and use Flat Rate Envelopes when possible to save our International Buyers on shipping fees. Please do not ask us to ship via any other method except International Express as we will not do it; shipping via International Priority or International Express are the only methods that allow us to track packages going out of the United States. WE WILL NOT FALSIFY INFORMATION ON CUSTOM FORMS SO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ANY CUSTOMS TAXES THAT WILL BE DUE UPON RECEIPT BEFORE BIDDING.
