This auction is for a stunning near antique Gorham Art Deco covered bowl . It has a stunning near perfect mirror finish . This bowl features handles that are a complex concave design , w they create two crescents curving up and away from the lid top but also two crescents curving away from each other sideways. Two semi-circular feet support the base of the bowl. Corners have a sweeping curve and t is a lip edge on both the top and bottom of about 1/4". Truly a wonderful find in art deco design. This set is in excellent condition--near mint ,with minor scratches to the finish primarily inside, that I believe can be buffed out. They don't look particularly deep and if never buffed out, they do not detract from the stunnng quality of the bowl/lid. Measurements are: Abt 11 1/2" long X abt 7" wide X 3" High (excluding handles, 4" with handles) I encourage you to ask questions freely before bidding. I am happy to answer any.
