You are bidding on a letter mailed from the Armenian Orphanage November 11 th , 1920. This orphanage was in Aleppo Syria . This letter was sent to Yenovk Kazanjian of New York City from Croosiag (?) Kazangian. Armenian Orphanage, Aleppo Syria . The seal of the orphanage is on the letter and also on the envelope. The post mark is from Halep dated 11-8-20. The letter is in Armenian I believe and is both sides of the paper. T are a couple of small holes in the letter as you can see on the pictures. This letter has been folded for many years. This letter was written during the Armenian Genocide which took place between the years of 1915 - 1918, and again between 1920 - 1923. Many Armenian children were orphaned and sent to live in other countries in orphanages. Insurance is required on all glass and anything over $25.00 Be sure to check out my other items !
