1920 Comiskey Park Score Book Chicago vs. Philadelphia This is an "Official Score Book" for "Season of Nineteen Twenty" at "Comiskey Park Baseball Palace of the World" in Chicago. It contains 10 newsprint pages, and cover (which is a white stock of paper)and measures 6" x 9" closed and 9" x 12" open. Aside from a minor fold down the middle of the booklet,(See Photo) and the fact that the original owner did record the plays of the game,in pencil, it is in good condition. Playing for Philadelphia were Dykes, Thomas (which is crossed out and replaced with "Myatt" in pencil), Strunk, Walker, Griffin, Perkins, Galoway, Moore, Perry, Naylor, Harris, Moore, Hummell,Hasty, Keefe, Bigbee, Styles, Witt, Dugan, Welch, Burrus, Weel, Burroughs. The Umpires were Moriarity, Chill, Connelly, Evans, Hildebrand, Dineen, Owens and Nallin. Playing for Chicago were Liebold, Murphy (which is crossed out in pencil) E. Collins, Weaver, Jackson, Felsch, Jourdan, J. Collins, McMullin, Schalk, Williams, Cicotte, Faber, Kerr, Wilkinson, Heath, Payne, Lynn, Lees, McClellan and Risberg. Aside from the scores and team lists this booklet contains many ads including "Louisville Slugger Bats" with vintage images of Joe Jackson and Eddie Collins as well as the stats for the "World Series 1919" and the listing of the "Home Games of the Sox".
