Offered for auction is a spelter Art Deco Figural Figural lamp with a copper finish. The lamp has it's original patina and the ladies add such a graceful touch. The celery colored shade is the perfect compliment with the antique copper finish.
The lamp needs to be rewired due to the deterioration of the cloth covered wire. The socket receptical looks fine, but due to the wiring issue we have not tried to turn the lamp on. The graceful ladies that adorn this lamp are in wonderful condition. The copper/bronze finish has the expected wear that occurs over time. Please see photos. The green frosted shade in also in good condition. T are a few paint spatters that I did not attempt to take off.. It has raised deco flourishes that look beautiful when the shade is illuminated. I have tried to show the shade with a light source beneath it, see photo. T a several very small marks that look like metal rub. A Deco accent that's sure to please... We combine shipping whenever possible to save our customers money! Shipping will be by PRIORITY MAIL UNLESS HIGH BIDDER STATES OTHERWISE. Insurance is REQUIRED on all items. Any buyer who declines insurance takes full responsibilty for items damaged during shipping. Seller will NOT be held responsible for the item once it is shipped. We do OUR VERY BEST to package for a safe delivery. We use bubblewrap, foam peanuts and at times, double boxing. Despite these efforts, on rare occassions, items may arrive damaged. Postage will require zip code for calculation of costs. Seller prefers Paypal but I do accept money orders and cashier's checks. No personal checks accepted. Payments must be received within seven days of the close of the auction.
