This is an original sales brochure from one of the hundreds of companies supplying automotive aftermarket parts to the automobile industry back in the early years. This particular one measures 3-1/2" X 6" because it doesn't open but has a pull-tab that raises the "temperature". Evidence shows that this was handed out at the Chicago Automobile Show because several of these 200+ brochures I'll be listing over the next few weeks plainly indicates that. Moreover, these were all originally saved by a large Detroit auto repair shop owner who apparently attended the Chicago Auto Show. I have included the photo ONLY of the floor layout of that show that was in the box with all these brochure. The actual newspaper clipping is not part of this listing. I attended a Fall 2012 auction of a long-time antique car restorer and hobbiest in central Michigan and some of the receipts and paperwork from that old shop, including the newspaper cut-out of the layout of that January 1923 Chicago Auto Show were mixed into all these brochures. For 35 years (1973-2008) I was the owner of a literature business catering to the old car hobby (Factory Automanuals).
