This auction is for an antique porcelain advertising cabinet marked: "BOYE" BRAND - NEEDLES, SHUTTLES AND BOBBINS FOR YOUR MACHINE, from THE BOYE NEEDLE CO. This very rare, round enameled merchandise container is in beautiful and excellent condition. It is fully functional and operates flawlessly by dialing in one of the 27 products listed on the top you can open the door and find what you need, once the door is opened the lazy susan device will not turn until the door is closed and another product is chosen. Each pie shaped section has room for 16 products and t are 12 sections in all. This dynamic porcelain advertising box still contains 95 wooden flanged tube packages with 87 of them holding 3 needles and the other 8 holding a shuttle. T are also 8 bobbin holders holding a total of 32 brass bobbins. These are all new and unused products that were never sold. T is a complete guide around the perimeter of this case that lists 21 kinds of sewing machines and their 175 different models, also t is a needle chart and instructions for using this device and it also includes cleaning instructions for keeping the cabinet clean and dust free.
