1920s CARTOON "TAKE IT FROM ME" DESIGNED BY ELZIE SEGER Up for auction is this wonderful 1920's booklet entitled "What The Public Wants". On the inside it says "Cartoons On the Musical Comedy "Take It From Me" By Elzie Segar. The booklet contains a cartoon version of the musical, as well as quote reviews from various periodicals. The booklet is small, it measures 4" x 3". This item comes from the Elzie Segar family estate. Elzie Segar was the creator & artist of the comic strip Popeye. I recently acquired a small collection of items from southern Illinois coming directly from the estate of the Segar family. All items are guaranteed 100% authentic & are from the family collection.
