This is such a pretty little lamp and the best thing about it isthat you can adapt the color of the ribbon to suit your home colors . An original 1920's light with Art Deco overtones . The lamp is in three sections . The base is 8" tall and is a cast metal - probably pot metal or spelter . Covered in a matt gold color , it has been hand painted on the four sections of flowers on the base . Turn switch for on / off. Newer electrical cord . The outer shade is also a cast metal . This is a base cream color with lots of hand painted highlights on the delicate cut out design . Few minor chips to the paint through age and use . Inside , the shade are a couple of clips that hold the inner shade . This part is a wire frame that - at the moment - has pink ribbon wrapped around . The current ribbon is in good condition , but it could be replaced to match your decor . The shade is then clipped onto the light bulb . Use a low wattage / heat light bulb as it is close to the ribbon when installed . Total height is about 12" . Offered with no reserve.
