This may very well be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pick up a whole teaset for four in what many consider to be the most charming of all Noritake's scenic patterns, N1392. It's very rare to come across any of this one at all, so a set in any condition is a real find. The scene shows a path leading up a chartreuse hill to the red-roofed cottage, shaded by a green weeping willow, with pink blossoming cherry trees, a tall juniper (?) and deco stylized shrubbery in green, pink and red, all against a rich blue lustre sky with swallows soaring over. Rest assured that when I pack china, I pack it to arrive in the condition it was sent, no matter how low the selling price. These circa 90-year-old pieces are irreplaceable treasures, and will be treated as such.
