Classic American Breakfront/China Cabinet Family Heirloom from the 1920's This is an American Crafted piece of furniture. Originally purchased in Brooklyn, NY in the early 1920's. The detail and cratmanship of this piece is clearly excellent and visible in the photos. All glass is original and the center top is a wonderful curved single piece. The unit is in two pieces, top and bottom. Total height 78" by 58" width. The top is 12" deep and the bottom is 16" deep. The unit is 100% functional, all locks, drawers and doors are in working order. This piece is used and suffers from minor scratches, chips and will require a very small amount of veneer replacement. This unit was appraised at $1200 in its current condition but I was told that "with cleaning and minor repairs to the flat surfaces that this unit could easily by worth $2500." Please email me with questions prior to bidding. Make payment to Paypal account, once funds are verified I will contact you to arrange pickup times. This item is a p/u only, no delivery or shipping of this unit. Good Luck and Happy Bidding.
