1920's Fenton Green Opalescent Stripe Miniature Lamp Great condition. There is a tiny little nick on the outer edge of the lamp font, and a very tiny little nick on the underside of the black base. It looks like the bottom rim of the chimney also has two very tiny nicks - but it has a ground, unpolished edge so it could be that way from manufacturing. Either way - that is the part of the chimney that isn't visible unless you remove it. The lamp has been rewired at some point - but the new wire is still very old. The original wire was cloth covered. I don't know if the lamp works, I've never plugged it in to try it out. I've had this lamp (and the other green opalescent lamp listed) in my collection for several years and I did find them listed in a Fenton book at some point that said they were made in the early 1920's.
