LARGE STANDING OR WALL DECORATION. GERMANY. FABULOUS CHURCH, ROBINS ON FENCE, HOLLY, ETC. These are molded from layers of fine paper, which then produces a thicker cardboard like stock, which can be put into a die-press to stamp out and produce this wonderful deeply embossed German decoration.. Made much like the early Dresden ornaments. Deeply molded Church, with cross on top. Also arch of icicles, all decorated with silver glitter around the top. A MERRY CHRISTMAS in white letters, again icicles at bottom of letters. Two robins sitting in holly leaves and berries, to the right, and lots more holly on piece. Even trees along with the church, and dipped with snow. Outstanding example of German art work for Christmas. 14.00 by 10.50" Easel in back so it can stand on a shelf, table, fireplace mantle, or any surface. Also very east to hang with the arch at the top. There is nothing wrong with these paper decorations. In fact, they are in very good shape. They are vintage, not reproductions. I guarantee that.
