Up for your consideration rare and vintage Gilbert Erector wood box to store your vintage erector set in. The wood boxes were made until the early 1930's and then came metal boxes. This box is all original, has brass handles on the sides, original latches that work with original nails, has one brass hinge and was made this way, and back hinges are original with one being moved at one time. Included inside is a metal tray which is hard to find with boxes. The box has finger joints and all four corners are solid. All original paint and painting on the lid and still readable. Size is about 8 1/4" x 21 1/2" x 3 1/4 inches deep. I do have loose parts listed and will combine those parts and pack inside the wood display case. If you have any questions please email.
