This is an original, 1920's Gleaner Baldwin Combines 2 sided Porcelain Sign, sign measures approx. 40" x 26 1/2" x 8 1/4",
cobalt blue and yellow. This sign was hung in the late 1920's when the business was opened, the business was sold in the
40's and continued to hang until 1969 when it was taken down after a hail storm, (which damaged most of the neon, not the
sign) and stored inside a climate controlled building. As you can see in picture 2, t is some paint loss, this is the worst of
any damage on it, I would say this side would be rated an 8 and the other side a 9. T is no longer any neon in it, but we
all know this can be replaced. This has not been cleaned or polished, from what I can tell this will clean up to be nice and
shiny, it is being sold as we found it, as is, the sign company is Mt. Vernon Neon. I have put in full pictures but I will gladly
email any other pictures or close up's you ask for, any questions you have please make sure to ask before you bid. We all
know how hard these porcelain signs are to find, especially in this nice condition. Because of the size and cost of shipping
this sign can only be purchased if you are willing to pick it up, or contact us with suggestions on other means. We live in
